Accessory Drive-Through Facility
Application requirements.
A traffic impact study shall be submitted to provide information which will be used to determine the necessary stacking area and the impact the proposal will have upon local traffic circulation. The traffic impact study shall address the following issues:
A. Nature of the product or service being offered.
B. Method by which product or service is being offered (e.g., window service or brought to vehicle by employee).
C. Time required to service typical customer.
D. Arrival rate for patrons.
E. Peak demand hour.
F. Anticipated vehicular stacking required.
G. Anticipated traffic generation.
H. Diagram of traffic flow, stacking and pedestrian crossings.
