1. A permit from the Township shall be required, as well as an annual inspection.
2. As a condition of the issuance of a permit from the Township for an accessory in-law dwelling, the owner of the property shall provide the Township with an affidavit confirming the relationship of the in-law dwelling tenant to the property owner and shall consent to an annual inspection by the Township as a part of the issuance of a permit. Failure to comply with this provision shall result in the denial/revocation of any requested or issued permit.
