1. All solid waste facilities shall at all times be in full compliance with the statutes of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the rules and regulations of the Department of Environmental Protection.
2. The facility shall provide for adequate environmental controls to minimize noise, vibration, glare, heat, odor, smoke, dust, fumes, vapors, gases, air emissions and water effluents, as required under appropriate and relevant Township, federal and state environmental laws.
3. Environmental impact assessment required. No solid waste facility shall be approved without the preparation and filing of an environmental impact assessment.
